Jake joined the firm in 2009 following six years with the firm of Neese & Adams, in Corinth, Mississippi. His favorite place to work is the courtroom and he has litigated cases of varying types in courtrooms throughout Mississippi and West Tennessee, including probate litigation, ad valorem tax appeals, partition suits, personal injury cases, divorce and child custody litigation, and even felony and DUI defense.
Jake is also a former sports writer and associate editor for Outdoor Life Magazine. Jake writes for the firm’s Probate Litigation Blog.
Jake is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Jackson (P.C.A.). He enjoys marathon running, football of all types (but especially Ole Miss), blogging, and spending time with his family.
